Ever since Alex Post has come over to the Mazda service side things are alot better. All the years that i have had my CX9 noone has ever offered that i could have my car detailed which i could pay for. This is a value add to your company. Her customer service skills and they way that she takes care of me and the customers that come in is second to none. Good to have Jeff back also.
