Normally very pleased with service her but this time left me very unhappy. I made an appointment ahead of time and when I arrived they told me it would take up to 1 1/2 hour. It took them 2 1/2 hours! What's the use in making an appointment? I have been having an electrical problem since I got the vehicle and they always seem to dismiss it saying their test show no problems. Then the fuse on my horn kept blowing out. Last time I had it in I told them and the offered to put a new fuse in for a $10 charge! I was outraged since the care is under warranty and they relented and put the 25 cent fuse in at no cost. This time I told the technician that I have had to put multiple fuses in because it continues to blow them and just recently blew another. He said I would have to make a separate appointment and come in for that. They finally finished my vehicle which was a regular oil change and a recall item. I paid them then went outside to try and find my vehicle. After wandering around a few minutes finally a gentleman in the lot asked if he could help and told me the vehicle was in the front of the store. I got in my vehicle and low and behold, the blown fuse in the horn had not been addressed. You would think with my past problems with this and by bringing it to the technicians attentions again, they would have at least addressed it but nothing. To make matters worse, while waiting I went to enjoy a free hot chai tea from the courtesy machine and got a cup of hot water. It was not a good day at Rick Case Hyundai! - In order to post this review I had to chose whether I would recommend this business to a friend. I am going to say yes but with hesitation considering this past experience.
