To put it plain and simple it's your staff.I have dealt with Rick Case for 18 years. I am in a service business and do business with most of the Hyundai dealers in Palm Beach, and Broward counties. I choose to purchase my vehicles from Rick Case, and drive 100 miles round trip for service. It's not about price. Do I have to say anything more. more

Becausr this is were I purchase my car 12/20/2015

Purchase 4 new tires, when my car was return to me it was not clean, I spend almost $900 on tires at le a t the car could have ran through the their car was, after waiting 2 1/2 hours more
