I was very happy with the overall experience with your dealership. The staff went out of their way to help me with both vehicle selections, pricing, and financing. Tony King was my salesman and he was just great. Mike Bushman was also first rate. The facility is very impressive and I really like the fact that I was not "swarmed" by sales people the minute I walked in the door. We would certainly consider buying another Hyundai vehicle from your dealership! more

Good place 1/19/2012

I originally came in for a preliminary shopping and test drive in October to get a feel for prices and credit rating. Marty Israel was very accommodating and helpful. Upon my return in January I specifically sought out Marty. That's not to say that everyone at Rick Case Hyundai wasn't just as accommodating, they were. I had heard good things about Rick Case dealerships prior to my shopping and that is why I chose them to begin with. more

Wonderful Family Experience 12/30/2011

I always have a wonderful experience when at Rick Case Hyundai. I have been doing business with this dealership for 12 years now. This is my third purchase and I always receive the same excellent service, either in the service department or in sales. I always feel like a member of the "family" Thanks especially to Tom Owens. My Salesman Fratz was exceptional at his job. Frantz went above his job requirement and even followed me home so I could get my new car there. I know he was most likely finished with his work day but he made sure his customer's needs were met. I drove him back to the dealership after we got both vehicles to my home. Thank you Frantz!!! more
