HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SIMPLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM 10/7/2013

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! After finally deciding on my engagement ring, I bought it at Richter & Phillips. Paid a great deal of money for a high grade VVS1 Diamond. After wearing if a little while, I noticed some black specs in the diamond. Took it to another local jeweler, turns out it was I1, with significant inclusion. Took back to R & P co. and they said it WASN'T the same diamond I bought. I CAN'T BELIEVE or EXPLAIN HOW ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED I AM WITH THEM. Figuring out what to do now about this fraud. Horrible experience. more

Fantastic Selection, Great Customer Service 5/24/2006

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Richter + Phillips in downtown Cincinnati. I had originally gone there to buy a watch (I just love Tag-Heuers) but once I got there I found the Tissot's were much more to my liking. The help I got was impeccable and the watch was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business. more
