The owners are very very cheap. I moved in and my refrigerator was broken. I told they office several times, and they did eventually replace it... 8 months later. The A/C worked about 50% of the time, and when I complained they said to just turn it down at night and it would be cool the next day, not exactly an electricity saving solution. If you had any sort of maintenance problem you would have to tell the office at least three times before anyone would come look at it, and then you'd have to speak to them several more times before anything was done about it. The water is also an issue. When you take a shower it jumps from freezing cold to burning hot randomly. Also, the pet deposit is outrageous, it's $500, and you can only get back $200 of it, and they only allow dogs under 25 lbs. This place is a nightmare; I would not stay here if they paid me to.
Pros: Close to campus
Cons: everything else
