I feel if this a way to save on trash in the mountain dump by recycle. Then bins should be free of charge. I used to have 4 trash cans and one recycle now I have 1 trash and stacked piles high over 3 or 4 bins. Today one bin was an 8 dollar laundry basket in great shape just like what the neighbor uses and guy took it to recycle. Son of gun, bet they will not replace it and a darn shame a little common sense looks like a good basket, then why recycle it went two stops later that person has two that are flipped over afterward. If extra bin is 10 15 dollars then instead of my laundry basket bring me a blue bin. more

I live in Genesee Township and Richfield Management provides us waste services and dose a very good job. Last april my grandmother could not take her weekly trash to the road because of her health and with her not wanting to put it out the night before for fear animale would get into it this was a challange for me to help get the trash to the road because of work. So we contacted Richfield Management and asked how they may be able to help. The person who took the call was very helpfull in setting up trash pickup for my grandmother at her front steps .This is a ""Great Services"". Richfield Management provided this service for people who need a little help because of their age or health problems. My grandmother say the employees that pick up her trash are helpful every week. Thank you Richfield Management for being helpful to people in need. more

I have Richfield as my home garbage pick up company and I use them for dumpsters for my business. I have received excellent service on both sides. I rrealize that sometimes garbage companies are delayed for whatever reason, truck broken down, employee sickness or whatever, buth they always pick my garbage up. The dumpster service is also very good. I'm a roofer and I need my dumpster delivered very early so that my guys can get started. Richfield always has it there before my guys show up and when I call, they always come and pick it up quickly. Their prices are very reasonalble too. I'd definately recommend them. Pros: Very prompt, good customer service Cons: Can't think of any more

Everyone has a job to do and they get paid to do it. I would like see the garbage men with waste management take a little more pride in their work. Rubermaid trash cans cost $20.00 a can. In the last year I have had to buy 6 trash cans because of the abuse the men have caused on the cans. I am now back down to 2 usuable cans, (for now that is) for a family of 8. I have come to the conclusion that the men would prefer if I just put the bags on the ground so they have to bend over and pick them up. I watch them throw the cans at the truck, breaking the handles off, along with the top part of the can. Then throw them back into the yard not caring where they land up. One more complaint. why is it that the garbage does not get picked up until 4-5 in the evening? I have put garbage out before work every treash day, and because we never know for sure when someone will be here it gives area animals a chance to get into the garbage. Pros: garbage gets picked up Cons: poor Attitude, very rough on trash cans. more
