Not sure whom I'm writing, but wanted to thank you/your organization for making the situation right. It's always easy to be critical, especially by email. Moreover, though a respectable member of our society (at least by my own estimation), I have been treated like a dirtbag by motorcycle dealers precisely for driving a motorcycle (going on 35 years now). Though a separate question, what's that all about? You did right by this customer and I wanted to acknowledge that to you. Thank you for replacing the lost part without question. By doing so, your company has jumped several levels above the usual motorcycle dealership. I will, over the next few days, place some positive reviews in Yelp! or any other place you would like.
