Because of the home warranty program I bought, we were forced to use Pope Plumbing. The job was never done correctly the first time....and that is not an exageration. The last time Pope Plumbing came out to repair a hot water heater, the same heater leaked and caused a couple thousand dollars of damage. After that, I called my own plumber to make repairs. more

Over Priced I had a hot water heater replaced and they charged me over $2000 for the new heater. They gave me a cheap water heater probably cost $250 to $300 for the heater. They had to put in a tub that catches the water if the heater leaks and charged me all most $400 for that. They did nice work but way over priced. I could of had the same thing done from Lowes with a high hot water heater for half the price. Buyer beware. more

Never showed up ... i called them on they told me they would be out from 3;30 to 4;00 pm .... then never showed up ..three hours after the time frame they were to be here they called ..told me it would be tomorrow morning around 8 30 /// well here it is ..1;18 pm an still no show ... i recieved a call from another plumbing company that i had been passed off to them ... all the time my doughter an i are out of gas ..cant take a shower and cant cook ..this is no way to conduct business ... would not call them ..not dependable ... more

Over-Priced. 247 dollars to replace a connection hose to the hot water heater. Don't get me wrong, the tech gave me a price upfront, and stated it would take 30 mins to an hour to do the work. He was done in 10 minutes and still charged me 247.00. I just see how you expect to get repeat business with outrageous prices like that. Will never use them again. more

We had a frameless shower door installed by Richardson Glass Company and the process was virtually flawless. The estimator showed up on time and was very professional. The quote came back substantially lower than 2 other quotes from competing companies. The door came in earlier than promised. The installers showed up on time and were professional. The installation was done perfectly.\r \r The only complaint I have is that they did not clean up after themselves. My wife felt bad about asking them to do it, so I spent 45 minutes cleaning the floor and the glass when I got home from work. Annoying, but a minor price to pay, considering everything else went so well.\r \r I recommended Richardson Glass to a friend and he had a great experience with them as well. more
