Richard's Cajun Foods Corp

I went home for Easter (Iota Louisiana) & while there, I bought several packages of Richard's Andouille to take home to Fort Worth. This sausage is absolutely excellent!! It's a long drive but if I cannot find a place to buy this product close to me, I will park my ice chest in the back of my pick up & make another run South. I'll load my chest, turn North and haul it for home. Anyone interested in a mighty fine Andouille should experience Richard's. I work out of town a lot; last night while in a local grocery store I purchased Richard's Shrimp & Crab Stew and the Shrimp Garlic Fettuccine. I had the stew in my motel room, to my delight, it was really very good. Today, I heated the so-called Fettuccine at the office and I've never in my life eaten, or attempted to eat any microwavable meal that was worse. There was NOTHING CREAMY ABOUT THE 'BUTTER' SAUCE. IT WAS A FEW TINY SHRIMP, & NOODLES LITERALLY SWIMMING IN GREASE. Because I was hungry and had little time, I even tried pouring all the greasy liquid out so I could just eat the noodles. No way, all coated in slimy grease. The stew was good, but someone needs to find a different recipe for what Richard's calls Fettuccine. It was AWFUL, downright inedible!
