Filing for bankruptcy is never fun or easy but I was treated with nothing but respect from this firm. Taj and Douglas made this so easy and I am forever thankful!!!!

These guys are great. Mr Weaver - Richard--, he helped us when others were slow or unresponsive. I couldn't get anyone to help with the situation we were in, but these guys went the distance and talked with me and my husband at 11:30 at night for like an hour. Very helpful, the trustee asked us why we filed in Fort Worth when we live in Dallas and I was like...let me tell you why!!! Richard and Jane were great to work wtih, thanks again more

glad i chose to work with Richard and his team 9/22/2013

it's been a rough road, but they were so kind to me. it was no question, i had a list of 4 companies to call, i tore up the slips of paper on which i had written the numbers for the other companies once i spoke to them. very glad about that decision! more

770 credit score these years later thanks to him 9/22/2013

I told my sister that I trust Mr Weaver. He told me years ago when I was doing a bankruptcy because of some serious medical issues that I shouldn't reaffirm some debt. I said I wanted to and he told me I was crazy, and to trust him and I would be glad later. Now that I have stellar credit again (a 770 credit score) I am certainly thanking him! more

helped me on short notice 6/12/2013

great attorney, they got me in on short notice, i took off work, came to their office, finished paperwork, and got this off my shoulders off my chest. They even let me take the credit counseling course on the spot, offering me the use of one of their computers in order to complete it. Kudos Jane, thanks for your dedication. Also Richard was very pleasant as an attorney and I look forward to happier days. more

DEF Call these guys if you need help in a pinch. THey were patient as can be with me. I was very lucky to find them after having some bad luck with another attorney who was too disorganized (I'm not organized myself all the time so that was a bad combination...) anyway Mr. Weaver and his assistant Jane were very helpful!
