Dealing with Richard James was extremely difficult throughout the entire process. My account was transferred around to different associates without explanation. They were not very intelligent in their dealings, even putting the wrong company name on settlement letters. Not to mention they are short and rude in conversation. It seems as if these people do not like their jobs and it shows in everything they do.
