Rich Vision

I found their office off of Kudzu and booked an appointment. I was a little wiery about trying a new place but, I'm glad I did! Their office was a little smaller than what I'm use too but, they had some pretty cool selections than what I've had to choose from in the past. The Dr. was pretty thurough with my examination. Dr. Rich is very professional and good at what he does. However, it seemed like he was not interested and he is only there to do his job. He was not rude but he seemed very plain. Even the questions he asked me and the patient after me where the same, the instructions were the same and the tone of his voive were the same. It seemed like it was turning into a routine for him. This was my best eye exam ever, out of two. It was clear that the doctor was good at what he did, but hadn't fallen into numb routine. The equipment was nice, new, and advanced, the facility was clean and contemporary. The very best part, however, was the service. When I arrived, I was flustered from being late. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, they really put me at ease. Once I had calmed down, they helped me pick out reasonably priced frames while I waited for my rescheduled appointment. When it was time for my appointment, the man who had been helping me fill out my paperwork, look up insurance, and suggesting frames; whom I had assumed was ""front staff person number two;"" ended up being the opthamologist! While we waited for my pupils to dilate, they recommended places to go and things to do during my stay in Atlanta. Short wait and brilliant Doctor. The office is very efficiently run to minimize waiting time. I immediatley recieved eye drops so that my eyes would be ready at anytime for the doctor. Pros: Parking,Great Service more

I went to rich vision because they took my insurance. i have a difficult prescription. i was really pleased with the selection of frames, and was shocked when i got their total. they were actually $20 cheaper than lenscrafters. i had my glasses for 2 weeks and accidently scratched them. they were nice enough to replace the lenses for free and i couldnt get back to pick up the new pair for a few days because of my work schedule and they actually had tehm delivered to me at my office. definetly personalized service and really cool office. I first went to Rich Vision, almost 2 years ago, on the advice of a friend. I was looking for a local optician with convenient hours and great value. 3 visits later I still consider Rich Vision a great place to get eye glasses and contact lenses. more
