best mexican food 6/30/2007

Ricardo's has the best mexican food around Tulsa. The chips are not greasy and salsa tastes sooo good. I can fill up before the meal arrives. I have learned to order fast so that doesn't happen. My favorite is the # 4 combo: chicken enchilada, beef enchilada, and chile relleno. Yummmm Try the sangria swirl with it. more
