After reading all the negative things people say about our school I m glad we can come in and tell you how PROUD we are of being RGV CAREER students. \r If you re NOT a student then you dont have any business posting anything.\r and if you are a drop then that s why you are mad.\r \r There s only two reasons why you would be dropped. Grades or attendance. they told us ALL that during orientation. They also told us we had to be committed to our school, to make the grades. If you can t handle it or be negative then leave and give us students who want to study and do positive things your spot.\r \r It s sad that we were encouraged to let people know about our experience through the web cause we cant do it any other way and here comes someone who we don t even know posting stuff.\r \r BLUE OWL PRIDE FOREVER!!!! more

RGV Careers open their doors to and have changed me! I went in to complete a CNA program. After I completed that I found myself applying for the LVN program. From admissions to the instructors they push you to want more. My instructors have been great, they are always there to help you and some even make time for you after class or weekends. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I love my school!! more

this school is a great school, i am a student currently attending and i can honestly say i have learned so much in such a little time. the teachers which is the important part of a school are smart articulate people that "know their Sh*T" i respect and know that when i finish the course im here for i too will know this "SH*T" because they are that good this school is not for the people that want to go through life without struggle so with that said if you feel the need to be better and learn apply here its worth learning from such people thanks more

The mission of the director/CEO, Dr. Annabelle Rodriguez, as stated in the April issue of Contempo Magazine, is "to provide a culture of learning in high demand fields within a supportive and motivating atmosphere". How they provide that culture and supportive atmosphere is questionable. I found one instructor, in particular, extremely unsupportive and unsympathetic. I can not imagine an instructor or director would actually tell a struggling student, "you are not cut out for this" and "there is only so much we can do for the student". Is that how they provide this "supportive" and "motivating" atmosphere? Ugh.\r \r It's ironic that this former elementary school principal and Weslaco school district administrator can mismanage things so badly and unable to maintain equilibrium and tranquility in the vocational healthcare school she now runs. Whenever I wanted to speak with her, she made herself highly inaccessible and did not return phone calls. She was for, or didn't show up for any app more
