I haven't even been to the office yet & I am laughing @ how unprofessional this company is.
1st, the proofs they send me of my son's senior photos are of the wrong kid.
Ok, mistakes happen.
Then when I call them to politely let them know, they have the nerve to say I must go to their facility in national city to pick up my son's proofs.
Hello? It is not my fault they sent me the wrong proof.
The person on the phone seemed inexperienced to say the least. She said she would have someone call me back because I did let her know that I would not be making that trip because of their mistake.
The next day, a different person called me & agreed to re-send me the proofs. Great!
But then, the following day after that, a 3rd person calls me & asks when I can pick up the proofs... what the H?
Hence my title...
I can't believe the prices they charge. you would think the customer service would be 4 star with these ridiculous prices.
We belong to the Sweetwater Union High-school District. I really would hope that they would contract a more reasonable, professional customer service oriented photography company starting with class of 2013.
I have two more children to go through graduation. If this is the photography company, no thanks.
