this is a horrible place to rent from. you always get the run around and never get treated like a human being. they specialize in crappy maintenance people that will throw your stuff around just to get the job done. i was very displeased. i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. more

Never, ever use this managment company! Not if you are a homeowner, have an homeowner's association to have managed, or renter. They will not properly perform their duties, they are rude and condenscending, and they do not handle complaints about anything (and I mean anything) well. They always have an excuse as to why you are getting poor service or they keep you waiting far too long for any issue to be resolved. As for managing a homeowner's association--beware--they will refuse to allow you as the owner any access to the records for your HOA. You will also get conflicting statements from them--they will tell you one thing and the next thing you know they have changed their answer to serve them better--not the owner or renter. They have their best intest in mind and not yours! BEWARE!!!! Cons: Horrible customer service, condescending, and rude--not accomodating in any way more
