Resolution Fire & Flood did a nicotine odor removal service in my home. The cigarette odor is now gone. For a horrible situation, they made it very pleasant for me. The owner, the contractor, and all the workers, were helpful and made me feel at ease about the experience. They went above and beyond what I would have expected from a cleaning company.
