Research Triangle Dental

I have been using Research Triangle Dental for years. I have a busy work schedule and this dentist office is open in the evenings and Saturdays which is so helpful so that I do not have to miss any work. I also appreciate the compassion and knowledge of the staff and doctors. I trust my dentist and would highly recommend this group to anyone. more

I had a tooth that was hurting for a couple days so I made an apt. with Research Triangle Dental since it was right down the street from me. I went in and they did an x ray and found that I would need a root canal done. I didn't have insurance so I asked about price. The lady at front where you check out said $1200!!! I was shocked and didn't know how I would pay it. She had me fill out an application for Care Credit and I was approved. I had the procedure done and was supposed to come back when crown came in. I went to check out and she said it was $2200!!!!!!!! I told her there must be a mistake because the other lady working at the time told me $1200. She then said she only quoted me the root canal not crown. So I was charged $2200. Which ended up being way more then I could pay. My excellent credit slipped down to fair because of lack of being able to pay my bill on time every month. This has been a huge downfall for me. I just hope nothing else happens with my teeth because then I'm out of luck on getting anything else fixed. more
