After talking with the owner Jerry, at GLD where I met him,he assured me,they could do the job I wanted.After dropping off my WS6,I waited a week,and no call.Them promising,it would be done in 3 days,I called to see what was up,no call backs at all.Very unprofessional, right off the bat.Drove there,my car was filthy,my rims and tires,were not on my car.Wondering where my cam set was.So waiting to speak with Jerry,this fat guy with a mohawk,starts running his mouth,about how cars in the NMCA,are more important,and I should put Nitrous on my car.Nice way to treat a woman,you never met!!! I replied with,are you the owner,if not,mind your own business!! I paid Jerry in advance,I want my car back,and I want it washed,it was a new paint job.So after 15 minutesof this guys mouth,I walked to the back and said,I want my money back.His response was why,it will get done in a few weeks.So after some bad words were exchanged,with him and his untalented employees.I called my husband,who ripped him apart on the phone.After that,I got my cam set,car,rims and tires,which were scuffed and gouged.Took my money, and went to Speed Inc.Car was done in 2 days.Repairs Plus,is a joke in every way. more

Very negligent and irresponsible. Let them know engine had old sludgy oil stuck to engine for last 3 years and did not pass emmisions. I wanted their opinion on the possibility of passing emissions. After cleaning oil control valve and all passengers in cylinder head. They told me to drive the car and bring back for emmisions check. I drove the car about 15 miles and the engine locked up as a result of work performed. They refused to take responsibility after never letting me know this could happen. They did not advise me that their tinkering could me my car undrivable. They should have informed of the risk and given the choice of deciding. more

Great guys, great service, very honest people more

How could a person be condesending and dishonest when they refuse your buisness? I think Jerry and Nick are great people. I tell anyone needing work to them. They helped me with my car, explained everything to me and even drew pictures on how things worked. On top of it all I got it back as clean as the day I bought the car. It was a all around great experience. more
