Cheri is one of the best! 3/16/2014

This is our first time trying RentToday.US. We have to say we only signed up because of Cheri. She is most the persistent sales person we have ever met and that made a difference in our decision on which company to sign up. We are impressed at how quickly our property was leased. The only thing that we would recommend for improvement is the actual selection process of the potential applicants. We wish we had more saying in who we would like to be our renter and understand the reasons behind the decision made by RentToday.US. There were some confusion during the key/garage handover as well as the fund transfer. However, when we contacted Cheri, she was more than helpful. Overall, we are quite impressed. more

Excellent experience with this company ! 3/16/2014

Rent today has been an amazing rental company to work with. Whenever I have had any questions or problems, their customer service team will respond almost immediately. Customer service rep Maxi Frobe has been such a wonderful help. I had an issue with a permit at my home and Maxi worked on resolving that issue every single day for about two weeks until she got the problem resolved. I would recommend this rental company to everyone ! My experience has been so pleasant and wonderful ! more

Great service and prompt replys to my calls and emails. 3/5/2014

I dealt with one person so they go to know me and my issues. I don't like to deal with many people at a service company. My only issue was with some agent who was giving out the lock box code to everyone because they had excuses as to why the could not show the property. They dealt with the agent and it didn't happen again to my knowledge. more
