Worst

Went in for an oil change, they replaced my tail lights without asking first. My check engine light then came on after I left. They claim it has nothing to do with what they did.

made an appointment for a recall item on my vehicle. They were courteous, the place is nice and clean, and they were FAST. MUCH better than another KIA Service Center I've been to. And will certainly recommend these guys. more

Exceptional service 2/28/2014

To be honest, we weren't planning on buying a car that evening, but by the end of our time at Renton Kia we had a brand new car that we were 100% happy with! Andrew was very knowledgeable about the Optima, going over every detail of the car. Our test drive was a lot of fun! Everyone, from management to finance, was helpful to us during the process, even staying late to make sure we had the best service possible. Thanks again Renton Kia! more

Perfect Oil Change 2/24/2014

I slept thru my first appointment that was supposed to be on the 15th. I called the service dept and the gentleman was very nice and understanding and rescheduled me for the following weekend. Everything was fully explained when I dropped my car off as far as what was going to be done. They went over their findings fully upon my return. It was ready on time. more

Car Service (2-22-14) 2/23/2014

I had 2 of my cars serviced that day. The first car was serviced at 9:30am and my second car was at 3:30pm. The service was prompt and I didn't wait for very long. The service was on a Saturday. The only drawback is that I felt that they only do oil changes on that day only. Shorthanded or not, I had a part that I specially orders which came in the day before but for some reason there wasn't a quailified technician to install it. Rather than risk the installation of that part I had to make another appointment during the weekday. I came in the previous Saturday and ordered that part and the guy at the parts department asked one of the tech guys and I heard him said that the labor is 1 hour and it will cost around $115 to do it. And he said that they can do it. Nonetheless the service department couldn't do it. So this is my only disappointment with the service for one of my cars that was in the morning to install that part. I can understand that there might not be a qualified tech to do it but if someone said they can then obviously they should do it. It still feel though that Saturday's at this dealership is made only for oil changes and not for other services. If the service department runs 6 days a week then they should do the full service 6 days a week shorthanded or not regardless. But overall I'm very satisfied with the service that I was given. more
