Worst rental agency in Bozeman. If you can afford to not rent from them definitely try. They charged us $250 because we left ""crumbs"" in the drawers. They also charged us because the tenants before us had stained the carpet, apparently that was our problem as well. I would give them a 10% in quality.. That's being nice. more

Don't rent from these guys. The come up with stupid things to charge you for such as replacing a lock of theirs that broke on us and inspection fees for inspections we never asked for. You are not supposed to pay for repairs that are done to your unit yet they make you. They also are unfriendly and hard to work. I give them a double thumbs down and will never rent from them again. Nor should anyone else. They are awful. I have talked to several of my friends who have had issues with them as well. I don't know a single person that has ever gotten their deposit back either. We went through and patched every single mark from a thumb tack and repainted over the mud and everything, they still didn't give us our deposit. I have pictures of how clean the place was and am suing them. \r \r AWFUL PEOPLE!! more

I just want to say in the defense of rental companies...if you do everything right, pay rent ON TIME, clean your unit compeletely upon move out, you will get your entire deposit back. I rented from RP for over a year, never was late on rent, and when I moved out I recieved my entire $1700.00 deposit back. more

To those who complain about the maintenance issues w/their units.. Well I have paid my rent on time and have rented over two years. Just recently my garage door broke and I was not required to pay for the repairs needed. I feel that they try to help with all my maintenance needs. I am going into my third year and have no problems yet, nor do I expect any problems in the future. My previous rental company raised my rent and Rental Professionals lowered it when they took over my lease. Way to go.. Thanks\r more

I had NO complaints with Rental Professionals. If you pay your rent on time and are a good tenant, you should have as good of an experience working with Rental Professionals as I did. Great assistance, plesant office help, they were very helpful and efficient in getting any maitenance request I had taken care of. Rental Professionals has managed the property that I own for over five years and does an outstanding job! I have read the negative comments from renters and agree that when renting to young people in a college town, there will be a larger percentage of renters that do not pay their rent on time, or will not properly care for rental properties in which they reside. Renter Professionals provides top quality rental properties at fair prices and manages those properties well. As an owner, I am impressed with the professionalism of Rental Professionals in assuring that my property is properly cared for, frequently inspected and repaired promptly if needed. I also appreciate that if necessary, irresponsible renters are promptly evicted and sued for back rents and reimbursement for repairs. I am glad that my property is professionally managed and the people who rent my property are always pleased that when they move in, it is in perfect condition. more
