I would like to provide some additional details regarding Mr Mirete's (yitbew) review.\r The problem could not be duplicated when he was returning the shop vac. the next morning. The shop vac. worked and didn't trip the breaker.\r He didn't report the problem within 30 minutes of occurrence (as required by the contract he signed) which allows us to provide the customer service that would have solved the problem for him and allowed us to troubleshoot and fix the problem.\r The problem was not with the shop vac but may have been with his breakers or overloaded circuits in his house, or as simple as an extension cord that wasn't the proper gauge.\r The rent was reduced on the 2nd day by 50% even though he didn't call to report the problem and the problem could not be duplicated.\r \r Steve Howard\r Owner - Rental Depot Inc. more

Poor items, poor customer service. 2/10/2011

I get disappointed by their items and their customer service.\r I rented some drywall lift, texture sprayer and shop vac from this store, I had a problem in using the shop vac machine, and it turns of the breaker when I try to use it. I brought it back to the store and reported the problem, the denied, and treated me as if I lied - and charged me for problematic machine I never used for two days. They do have very poor customer service. I will not use them again and I won’t recommend them to anyone. There are other good ones in the town.\r \r more
