OMG Horrid people Ashley and the manager Martin!!! I have paid to that one rent a center in the past 3 years several thousand dollars and the Twin Falls Idaho one over $1600 in the past 8 months and KNOWING THAT since I moved my business to Boise ASHLEY treated me like a piece of crap lower than the lowest because I wanted ADD ON a TV!!! Then by the time the manager came out I was SO OVER HER ATTITUDE That I decided for them to come and pick EVERYTHING up that I have been renting for over 8 months because of her attitude alone and the manager was NOT any better. It was like they were doing me a FAVOR knowing FULL well I have PAID OFF things there in the past! I would NEVER rent if I was not so limited about carrying things up and down stairs at my place and have NO ONE to help but for that price and that UNFAIR treatment I WILL HIRE SOMEONE AND PAY CASH FOR EVERYTHING I NEED! I would suggest to WAIT and NOT CAVE INTO the pressure of needing things right away and buy things CASH off FB Marketplace and CL! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE TWO PEOPLE. I Will also be calling the corporate office on them on Monday!!! These two idiots were willing to LOSE over $200 a month on me right now and would have gotten $300 a month if I had not gotten smart! more

#5 Employees, including management lack any type of professional organization. #4 Four visible employees on the sales floor. One customer. One and a half hour of waiting with no end in sight. #3 The man who introduced himself as the "manager of all local RAC's" could not communicate without using harsh tones and threatening body language. #2 When the transaction we were considering was stopped at our request due to the above mentioned reasons, the "manager of all local RAC's" firmly and loudly stated..."Get out of my store before I call the police." Mind you, we had already said we wished not to do business with this establishment and had a foot out the door. #1 The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Enough said. PLEASE NOTE: I am not a customer of RAC. My experience was completely in the process of becoming one. I chose to take my money and business elsewhere, which ended up being a good thing because the competitor we chose took care of us completely. more
