Reno's East Side Sports Bar

Each time I have been there I have left with different feelings. Sometimes I go in and get great service from great girls. Sometimes its extremely busy, especially on the patio when its warm out, while other times its pretty slow. Sometimes the drinks take a while, not due to the servers but instead the ridiculous bartenders. I have heard that they have horrible management there and that the employees don't get treated well, maybe explaining some bad experiences. First, you will never go in there and see the same server twice... The turnover is ridiculous, and you can overhear all the waitresses (they are ALL girls) talking about how horrible the managers are... The food is decent, and the service is okay for the servers you're getting... Everytime I've gone in there, or overheard people that have gone there, they've said they had a new waitress that had only been there a week!\r \r The patio is alright, a little bit of chaos, but worth a shot. Reno's East is a decent sports bar for what we have in the area. The food is average, I haven't had anything here that would keep me craving to come back, but that is the general truth for many culinary establishments in the area. Many big screens are available and the enthusiastic crowds are great. Free popcorn is an added plus. Pros: Parking, Outside seating, Decent drinks Cons: Average food more
