Friendly 10/10/2013

Since the first day I went to Rennen they have been so nice. Not just the front desk but all the mechanics. They go above and beyond to help me and they don't take advantage of people by fixing stuff that doesn't really need to be fixed. Also if they don't know how to fix something on a car, they will find out how to do it. My cars have always been fixed in a reasonable time frame and if they can't get it done right away they will give the car back till the part comes in. They have also always made sure I have a ride to and from my work which is close to the shop. I always recommend them to others and will continue to do so!!! Carrie more

Quality work at fair prices 10/9/2013

Rennen Imports has highly qualified mechanics that do excellent work. Their prices are often 40 - 50% less than the Porsche dealerships. I have been extremely happy with the quality of their work and their honesty. more

Fast, professional service 9/18/2013

I have always had positive experiences at Rennen Imports. This last time, they put a new starter in my car quickly and didn't try to inflate the price. I had a minor issue after I left... my car doors would not lock with my key fob. I brought the car right back and they explained to me that can happen when they take the battery out. The associate fixed it immediately and was very friendly. I trust the people at Rennen. more

Good service, convenient location 9/5/2013

I brought my 7 series in for some simple maintenance service and to meet these folks for the first time. They are very knowledgeable about BMW's, especially Stephen the owner, fair and honest. The service was done well and quickly and they were even able to identify a problem that I had with the front suspension (that I knew about). In their review, they correctly raised the issue to my attention and didn't try to load on a bunch of other services. I like working with a trustworthy partner to maintain my BMW and Rennen Imports fills the bill. more

Honest and thorough. 6/21/2013

They are very friendly, very customer oriented, and very professional. They took my car in, and I told them what I thought was wrong. They called me back to verify, and the problem I thought was wrong turned out to be a much lesser issue as far as cost. I have two BMW's that I brought in over the last two months, two to three times each, and they have always been very quick in service. more

I had problems with my jeep. It had been shaking a lot for about a year. I took it in to Rennen Imports and they were really knowledgeable. They took care of it in 2 days. Now it's driving like it did when I first got it. more

Fixed my Porsche for 30 percent to 40 percent less than the dealer. 5/28/2013

I had an A/C issue on a Porsche 911 and someone recommended Rennen to me when I couldn't find a shop that could fix it. Rennen Imports diagnosed the problem immediately and they gave an estimate that was 30 percent to 40 percent less than the dealer's pricing. I was happy with the pricing, service, and the way they operate. The AC works perfectly now and the guys were super nice in the shop. more

Recommended mechanical engineers for German cars. 5/6/2013

I'm happy with the mechanical engineers at Rennen Imports. They are very forthcoming in explaining things to their customers. They provide an evaluation of the work to be done. They're good at prioritizing any work that needs to be done. more
