They are very friendly, very customer oriented, and very professional. They took my car in, and I told them what I thought was wrong. They called me back to verify, and the problem I thought was wrong turned out to be a much lesser issue as far as cost. I have two BMW's that I brought in over the last two months, two to three times each, and they have always been very quick in service.
