Our entire family has been going to Renken's for years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Mr. Morrison is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and a wonderful communicator. He asks questions, and really listens to your concerns and needs. He has offered us trials of both frames and contacts, free of charge, just to help us find the perfect fit. He is patient and gentle, even with our squirmy kids, and his office staff is lovely and helpful. Though the office is a bit out of our way now, I would never go anywhere else. more

best service ever 8/15/2011

I have been going to Renken & Morrison Opticians for years and would never go anywhere else. I went to a ""mall optician"" once and was so disappointed. I have a very strong prescription, and Jim always works hard to make me the perfect pair of glasses. I highly recommend this wonderful business. more

Absolutely the worst place to buy glasses if you are looking for someone who is going to stand behind their glasses. And if you do have a problem, its your problem and then you become subject to Jim's short temper. more

Careful, caring and consistent.\r \r This is not a mall based retail operation. Jim Morrison is a gifted professional providing personalized service. He works to get it RIGHT, no matter how long the task may take. You may save a couple bucks at the mall, but when a problem arises, the dispenser is not there. Jim is there year after year, making glasses and contacts that fit properly.\r \r Good old fashioned service is worth paying for! Pros: Excellent professional service Cons: Less of a selection than Lenscrafters more
