Make sure you know what you're paying for with this doctor! Get a receipt and don't believe her when she says it's covered by insurance.

poor billing practices 3/13/2012

Make sure you get a receipt! I had issues with not getting any statements that insurance d/n fully cover. (I was told by Dr .that insurance would cover charges) Year plus later I get a statement for services and I can't get my insureance company to even look b/c it is too old. more
