Had a good experience, but wasn't what was promised on website 8/19/2011

I chose to try Renew32 because of some things I had read on the website and because of my general fear of dentists. While I had a nice experience and will be returning for sure (good doctor, good attention to detail, I wasn't pawned off on an assistant), I did not get the promised "spa" treatment with amenities. I even mentioned many times how nervous I was, and how my old dentist had dvd goggles to help alleviate my tension. When promised on their website "massage chairs" "ipods" and "warm towels" I would think I would be provided those things. I'd either edit the website or make sure patients--especially those who are overly nervous--are provided with the things promised on the website. more

I absolutely love this dentist because of its very competent and friendly staff, especially Kate is excellent. I never have to wait and I always feel very welcome. I appreciate the fact that they make an extra effort and take time even for "standard" things like dental cleaning and check-ups and that they take a very pro-active approach of not just fixing what's broken, but monitoring possible issues. Going there really motivates me to take extra care of my teeth and I always leave with the feeling that I am well taken care of. Highly recommended!!! more

For 5 years I had been driving 45 minutes to go to a dentist....I'm slow to accept change. Glad I did...Dr. Kate is close by, has the latest and greatest in technology, and is great! more

Could not be happier 8/13/2011

The office is located in a state of the art, brand new facility, walking distance from Bethesda metro. Wonderfully friendly, competent, and professional staff; from the receptionist, to the tech, to the dentist I felt well taken care of. Also it doesn't hurt that they are all good looking ladies ;) But seriously I love this place and recommend it to all my friends. more

Very professional and friendly environment. Pleased with every visit. I'm so glad I found them! Nancy makes you feel welcome every time greeting you with a warm smile. Great with kids 8/8/2011

My 3 year old loves going to Dr. Kate. The visit was fun - because they were so prompt in welcoming us into the dentist chair, so nice during the exam, and so kind to let her raid the 'treasure chest'. Thanks for a pain-free dental visit. more

Dr. Kate is a wonderful dentist- explains everything that she's doing and puts you at ease. The office is lovely too- more like a spa setting than a sterile doctor's office. Well worth a visit- you won't regret it! more

Great care 7/21/2011

It was my first visit searching for a local Bethesda family dentist. I tried a couple other dentists but was not impressed. Leyla's (dental hygienist) careful and mindful work, and Dr. Kate Nematollahi's care was so good that I setup my toddler's first dentist visit as early as I could make it. more

The best dentist experience of my life... 7/6/2011

When we left our first cleaning/exam appointment today, the first thing I told my husband was, "that was the best dental experience of my life!" We were joking on our way to our appointment how great it would be if a dentist visit were like a visit to a spa. I was a little surprised to find that the atmosphere at RENEW 32 was actually very much like a spa. It was very clean, modern, high tech, and we were treated like royalty. The entire experience was rather pleasant (yes, they actually did dental work). Dr. Kate was very professional, kind, and honest. I had just left a dentist who had tried to scam me into getting dental work done that I didn't need. I was so glad that Dr. Kate was forthright but wasn't just out to get my money. I would highly recommend this dental office to any of my friends. Thanks! more
