Best Spa in Orlando 3/16/2011

I chose this spa to make an appointment for a massage because it is close to work. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, even at lunch hour. The massage was so relaxing, I fell asleep. The lady giving the massage also did some stuff that helped with my headaches. I haven't had one since I went in. I went back to work feeling like a new person. I would recommend this spa. I will be back soon. more

Outstanding Salon & Spa 1/13/2011

Looking for a new place to get my skin care and hair done at I was swept off my feet from the moment I walked in to ReNew Salon & Spa. The team was attentive to my needs. They are an amazing team. Truely a great find in the Orlando area. Outstanding customer service and my facial and hair color service was the best I have had in years. Thank you renew for being in my town. Worst customer service ever!!! 7/15/2010

While first appearances are great, time in this salon lends itself to the opinion that the owners have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Rude and condescending!! The salon is overpriced and definitely not worth it! There is definitely much better options in this area. Save this as a last resort...very last resort!! Pros: Very good facials Cons: Overpriced, underskilled, management is TERRIBLE!! more

Most Blissful Facial! 1/17/2010

I have been going to Cheryl for facials for almost a year now, and she is absolutely a-mazing! She spends a lot of time with me and finds out exactly which areas of my skin I would like to address, then she examines it and explains how she will help heal the problems. She goes out of her way to research other things that might help your skin to be its most beautiful and healthy self! Extremely dedicated and genuinely interested in being your skin advocate! You will not be disappointed! Pros: Relaxing, Personable, Warm, Professional, Perfect! Cons: Small, but cozy more
