I have gone to Renew for years and I adore their staff and services! Whether it's a routine brow wax or a full body treatment like the Body Glow, you are treated like a queen the entire time. I love sipping herbal tea in the relaxation room before my treatment begins. They even have delicious treats to nibble on! My hubby knows that my fav gift from him is a gift certificate to Renew. more

I have been to Renew about 10 times and every single time has lived up to or surpassed my expectations. Tom and the front office staff are professional, warm and welcoming and the spa staff are just amazing. I agree with another review that there is never any pressure to purchase services or products, or to join a membership, like some places. I can't overemphasize how wonderful the massages and facials are, and the eye treatment gives a better result than 10 nights' worth of sleep! Renew is what you expect from a spa--luxurious and special, but even more important, the treatments really, really accomplish what they promise. The massages are relaxing and therapeutic and the facials take years off your looks. Renew knows what it is doing and does it better than any other spa around. more

I found out about Renew Day Spa from researching online reviews, and was very impressed with the reviews written on their behalf and even MORE impressed after my first visit. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The second I walk in, I can feel the stress starting to leave my body. Tom is always able to work his magic and get me an appointment on the day I need it and is great at recommending services IF I ask. I've been here about 20 times and have NEVER felt any pressure to add services or products. The massages are amazing and the massage therapists are very receptive to what type of pressure you prefer. I was never willing to pay the price for an expensive facial before but I got a gift certificate for Christmas and decided to splurge on a double - a massage AND a facial and boy was it TOTALLY worth it!!! The facial helping my skin long term AND it felt wonderful while she was doing it. I love it when I can splurge on a double service because I love getting snacks and lemon water from their elaborate snack area and sitting in a relaxation room in one of their comfy robes and slippers, between appts. A Renew Day Spa gift certificate is what I ask my husband for, for every birthday and anniversary. it is PURE Indulgence!!! more

This was my first trip to Renew and I'm so glad I finally did it! It's a beautiful spa with gorgeous, clean, comfortable decor. Stress on the clean! That's a big deal to me. Today I had three treatments. First, a massage with Deborah. If you need your muscles worked out, this is your girl! She was great!!! Second, a body glow with Shawna. It's kind of akward to lay there while someone scrubs you down, but Shawna made me completely comfortable. Lastly, a facial with Olga. She was so knowledgable and really helped me to better understand my skin type and how to care for it. I have been treating myself to massages and facials at Renew since it opened, and I love it. The setting is impeccable, the aromatherapy is calming, and the services are masterful. However what makes Renew distinct is the way they treat me. I am not just another customer to be given a robe and shown a therapy room like in some other high-end spas. Tom and Lyn provide excellent customer service in a warm enviornment. Sometimes I arrive early to calm down before the massage, or stay later to enjoy a cup of tea and some snacks in one of their relaxation rooms. Two weeks ago I enjoyed a phenomenal relaxation massage by Maria on a day of high stress, and I have already booked a return massage because I enjoyed it so much. Whether I have scheduled a fun time with a girlfriend, or dragged myself to them to help me destress, I am never disappointed at Renew. more

I have been coming to Renew for the last 6 years. When you walk in all of your worrying wll go away. Tom is the most friendly, sweet person and he sits in the front ready to great you when you walk in.All of the rooms smell beautiful. All of the women are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Every Christmas and Birthday I visit with my new gift certificates. Deborah gave me the best massage I have ever had. After my massage I enjoyed some time by myself, had a few snacks and some lemon water.I have to say this is an outstanding spa with a very high level of customer service. more

Renew Spa is SO PRETTY and tranquil, very peaceful. They have drinks and light snacks and it's a very big place. Lots of parking and when I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly girl and given a form to fill out, then ANITA took me for my facial. She had a soft touch but still it was a very lovely and relaxing experience, when the maske was on my face she offered my choice of a hand, foot, or scalp massage!! When we were done she recommended a couple of products and I purchased a Lotion with sunscreen that I am really enjoying. I think she knows her stuff, and her skin is really pretty! I would love to go back and get another facial with ANITA next time I am up in Marietta and maybe get a massage next time too!!!!!!!!! more

This is truely a retreat. The staff is not only talented, but so knowledgable in skincare. I have had facials before, but nothing to compare to the services at Renew. They use only the best skincare for their facial treatments and still are competitive in what they charge. My skin has never looked better! more

Like most busy working moms, I don't pamper myself nearly enough. But when I do, one of my favorite places to go is the soothing, tranquil Renew Day Spa. I just received the most amazing facial today from Iwona. I have been getting facials for years now and this is hands down the best experience I have ever had. My skin has been bothering me for some time and I finally feel like I have the help I need. Iwona takes the time to give thorough information on how best to help problem skin. She does these wonderful massages during treatments. My skin feels amazing and is on the mend I can feel it. I will definitely be going to Iwona from here on out. Pros: Impeccable Facial!!! You owe it to yourself to try Renew. You'll be hooked from your first visit. Iwona's facials are the best and she's been very patient while she has worked wonders with very challenging skin. Now I no longer feel obsessed to apply makeup just to go to the grocery. My sister and I treated ourselves to a half-day for our milestone birthdays and wished we had made it a full day afterward. Before I fly into Atlanta, I make sure I have a couple of appointments set up for massage at Renew Day Spa. There`s just no other place that comes close. The first time I scheduled was for medical reasons and I`ve kept going back ever since. The massage I need has to be deep but not painful. The staff at Renew are trained professionals and it makes a huge difference and is worth every penny.. Try it once--you`ll get hooked, too. I`ve never had such good massages anywhere else and the facility is really great, very relaxing, and the staff very friendly! Like me, you`ll thank yourself for having tried it out! From the moment you enter the spa you will feel pampered. The staff is always helpful and pleasent. Go for the day and get a facial and waxing, then get a relaxing massage. I would recommend that you plan to relax for the rest of the day after you get pampered. I highly recommend Iwana for facials and waxing and Sue for a deep tissue massage. I would never go back. The service was OK, but the place seems like it is run by terrible people. The staff seems like they are terribly unhappy. The owner ( I assume ) is very rude and I overheard him talking about another customer while I was there. Very rude. I wonder what he had to say about me? I've been a client of Renew since they opened. I started with their waxing services and now I go every four weeks for a 90 minute massage. I initially used one massage therapist but now I rotate among three. Each therapist has different strengths and skills which challenge my body in unique ways with each visit. My sessions alleviate the stress and tightness in my body. I leave feeling "renewed". Renew Day Spa is absolutely the best environment of any spa I've visited. It definitely ranks with top vacation resort spas and you don't even have to leave home to be pampered. It's peaceful and serene. No loud voices, cell phones, doors opening/closing, etc. A waterfall and soft music create the perfect background. It is elegantly decorated and quite evident that no expense has been spared. Amenities are designed with the client in mind and include retreat rooms, numerous bathrooms with soft lighting, a spa, a buffet of healthy snacks, and others that I'll let you discover on your own. I am not from the area. I've been searching for a gift for a wonderful friend to enjoy. I figured a relaxing day at the spa and a I'm sorry gift would be nice to clear those stressful days, to just relax with nothing but complete care from a Professional Spa. Exceptional reviews from previous customers, to top it off that the quality of service and kindness both Tom and his staff provided over the phone and email...they were very open to work with the suggestions. Provided detailed information of what she will expect throughout the day and guaranteed their service to be top notch. I had doubts with the massage being 60 minutes, after reading several reviews of other spa's within the area. But they assured me 60 minutes is exactly that. Renew Day Spa’s website provides an exceptional amount of detail. Sure hope she will enjoy the renewal massage treatment. I went to Renew on Friday, 12/4 with a friend. We both were first-time customers, and based upon our experiences, I would highly recommend this spa. First, the customer service was excellent. Tom, who set our appointments and greeted us as we entered the spa was amazing! You definitely feel special from the minute you walk in and don't feel like cattle being herded from room to room like at a lot of other spas. Secondly, the treatments we received were fabulous! We both had massages and facials, and after I was done, I wanted to come back the next day! I have had several massages in Atlanta area, and none have been as good as the one I receieved at Renew. You can see they employ professional massage therapists that are into what they do and not people that just give you a light rub for an hour. Overall, it was an awesome day! One other thing they do that a lot of spas don't is provide a selection of snacks as you pass between services. Renew is a wonderfully, relaxing place to get rejuvinated and best of all, the prices are very reasonble. I would highly recommend Renew and plan to go back! more
