Blake did not arrive at the scheduled time after having waited a month for an appointment. He arrived an hour earlier and then left a note in the door that I would have to call and reschedule. There was no courtesy call to tell me he was there or that he was on his way. Very frustrating experience. He did not deal with me with courtesy after the fact. Basically it was, too bad, it was your fault. Deal with it. He seemed like he was too busy to care about me, the customer. Going out of my way to make sure I was there at the scheduled time, as a single parent is hard with juggling so many other things. He was driving when I called him back to reschedule and he said he would return my call later to schedule an appointment. He never called me back and I had to call repeatedly to get him to call me. It was like trying to get me back for being a demanding customer. I am very dissatisfied.He was quite immature about the mix up and he lacked professionalism.
