Recently had a new starter installed when I noticed a weird thunking noise in the back. Since it's my husband's car and he just recently deployed (again) and of course, the starter went out the DAY before he deployed out - we spent about 5 hrs waiting for a tow truck to take us to the dealer. They fixed the starter and I drove home, with the radio on so I didn't hear the noise. I didn't drive the car until about a week later and noticed the weird noise. I texted my husband to see if that was normal and long story short he asked me to take it back to the dealer, hoping we didn't have to pay the $200 deductible again (crappy warranty company, but that's another story) - anywho...... I asked Jeff, the Service Manager if he could take a look at it and he referred Art to us, who had been the technician that fixed the starter (which is perfect, now btw). I have to say that the only other person who I trust 100% to fix our cars is my husband or my brother (both mechanics) - now I can add Art to that very short list. He went above and beyond and accomodated me right there on the spot and I texted my husband right away to let him know it was a super easy fix. Art even showed me the knob to control it - since it's not my car I wasn't familiar with all the buttons/gadgets. He was 100% great and he is a great asset to the company, made me confident that when it's my turn to buy a car I'm not going to go anywhere else and you have Art to thank for that. Thanks again, from a very grateful military family!\r
