This is a con man and a thief, do not contact these people for anything! He will act like he is doing the work and charge you $179.00, he's a thief, and then he will block your number so that you cannot call him back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This man has never and will never perform any work for me, esp after reading the reviews-thank you! On yesterday, he almost ran into my car, trying to get a parking space at WalMart! I made sure I got his busuness name and number and tried to call him but his mailbox was full and of course, he didn't answer! I only wanted to tell him to take that name off his car because not only is he unreliable, he is irresponsible as a driver! I followed him in as he ran in to stand in a long check-cashing line! So, perhaps you people who were scammed, can find him around 3 in WM in Roebuck! I hope you guys catch up to him! You always reap what you sow! more

I meet this Jonathan as Factory Appliance Repair but he's the same, same actions. Took me for $179.00 and had me make check out to his worker, Kendrick Nunn. He's a crook. Doesn't take calls, return calls, doesn't do repair work. Do Not waste time or money on this guy, Jonathan Hedgeman or any appliance repair he is associated with. more

Johnathon Hedgeman took money to repair my dryer and never completed the work. I called multiple times. He only answered the phone when my husband called from a number that he did not recognize. He is a scam----DO NOT use this service. You will regret the experience. I am a very unhappy customer. Will never use reliable appliance. more

Knows what he is doing! 3/30/2012

Reliable appliance is the only company I'll ever use. I have a 1934 magic chef gas oven that stopped working on me. I called several appliance repair shops and nobody would touch it, let alone even come out and take a look at it. I finally decided I would try one more place, I called Reliable Appliance, he was out there the same day, AND, he had my stove back up and running within 15 minutes! resonable rates. more

Best service ever 3/29/2012

Reliable appliance came out to my house and we had a dishwasher that had a apparent motor problem, and was looking like it was going to be a lost cause. Jonathan pulled the motor assembly and repaired some wiring. It works like is new now. He gave me a time and was there, when he said he would. He was extremely nice and cleaned up after he was done. I took a chance and am very pleased with the results! I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. And he now has a lifetime customer! more

Very Bad Service 2/1/2012

This Jonathan guy is shady. I paid him $190 bucks to repair my Fridge. He apparently installed a defrost heater?? Well after 1 week the problem resurfaced and this guy is ducking my phone calls. When he would answer he gave me every excuse from his Mom was sick to he had other jobs. I just called him and he recognized my voice and hung up. The nerve of this guy. I am contacting my attorney. You know it's the Principle of the whole thing that makes me mad. Don't use this company EVER! more

This is the most UNRELIABLE company. Worst service company I have ever dealt with...Jonathon, owner, doesn't return calls, stands you up for appointments and lies. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and would discourage ANYONE from ever using them. BEWARE!!! more

TERRIBLE - STAY AWAY 5/9/2011

LEFT WITH A BROKEN ICE MACHINE AND NO RETURN CALLS AFTER 5 VISITS!!! BIG SCAMMER! Now we have to call another company and pay another service call to fix what Jonathan broke. so saving money really cost us tons this time! Excuses included... Had to take Mother to hair dresser's appt... ate spicy chicken wings that made him sick, dropped phone in toilet & couldn't return calls, was feeling dizzy, got an emergency call from a friend & needed to help him out, etc, etc, etc... more
