Dumb me let my fuel oil tank run dry. On a snowy Saturday, no less. Oil won't be delivered until Monday but my son added diesel fuel to help me get by. But there was an air lock that wouldn't let the fuel pass through to the furnace. Since we have an annual contract with Reliability, I gave them a call. Reliability to the rescue! Their technician came in just a couple of hours to release the lock, then waited around to be sure the temperature would rise quickly. In a short bit the temperature climbed to a nice warm home. Thank you so much for taking the chill out of my day. more

I can't say enough about Mr. Gibson (Daniel) and his team. They brought my dryer vent back to life and improved it after a horrible experience with a company who cleaned my dryer vent. They had the knowledge, skill and experience to do the job right. Mr Gibson even showed up in person the day of install to make sure the crew understood the situation. His calmness and skill made me feel comfortable I had hired the right company. Thanks.. more

We lost our AC in a 3-year-old house the hottest week of the summer. We called a company who we saw on television first and they quoted us an unbelievably high price on a new unit. Found Reliability Home based on reviews and took a chance on them. So glad we did. They are fast, honest, and really take pride in their work. We got the work done for a fraction of the other company's quote. We now have a powerful Trane AC in place of the crap the builder put in these houses. This week, when our heat stopped working, of course we called Reliability Home first thing! They were out within 2 hours to take care of the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

Rob and his employees are great. They installed a much needed heating and AC unit in my home. They were very professional, and keep me up dated as what was going on. Being a older single women, and have people do work on your home can be very daunting. Reliability Home did the work they promised, at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. more

Got a call from Reliability 4/1/15 AM, they wanted to do spring check up on a unit they installed in January. The service man was on time, friendly and very professional. Did his check up and verified all was OK. I highly reccommend Reliability, especially becauce estimate for installation was right on, the service men were on time, did a great job of explaining system to me, and thier over professionalism. When we were having the extreme cold, the owner called me to check if system was operating OK, it was. more

Fantastic quick service. Had an issue with furnace on coldest day of year thus far and someone was at my home to define problem within 30 minutes. (I will admit, I do live just around the corner from office) Needed to replace system. Set time to do job two days later. (furnace did work a little but would not keep house warm) Tech came out when promised, did job beyond expectations and even took care of a couple other little problems I had with filter door and with my wood burner, without charge. Furnace worked fantastic when they left. AT 10pm same day, something happened with furnace and would no longer come on. Called for service and again tech was at my house within 30 minutes. Pump for condensation tank burnt up and shut system down. Tech replaced pump, checked line and had us back up within another 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good about these guys. The skill and professional is beyond reproach. Thanks to Rob Matheny, owner and the great staff for work above and beyond expectations of any contractor I have ever used. more
