This is the short version: Go there NOW! You need it! Wonderful, fantastic and restoring, and reasonable prices. Read on if you want...
While I have to admit I'm a relative novice to this, mostly from being a bit uncomfortable with having someone other than my wife get this close to me, I was in so much pain due in my neck, shoulder and upper back, I finally gave in (mostly since the wife made me try something to fix it!). I was welcomed and made to feel relaxed and comfortable immediately the moment I walked in the door when they asked me a few questions. The therapists there were absolutely fantastic, both asking me where things hurt, what I wanted them to focus on (and offering suggestions about what I needed), and asking whether I wanted more or less pressure in different areas. I actually felt a bit sorry for them, since I asked for the deep tissue massage, and could hear their fingers making popping noises as they tried to work out some of the knots after 20 years. I think it was a bit easier on their hands the next two times, as I didn't hear a thing. I must say, it took about 2 days for the pain to go away on the first visit, but it was a good pain and I asked for it! Kind of like having a great workout! Do listen to them when they say to go home, rest and drink a lot of water after the deep massage, and it would be good if you get to sleep in the next morning, because it will really help get the full benefit and realize how much better you'll feel. I haven't had the luxury to go back recently due to curcumstances beyond my control, but I think about it every day (sure could use it now), and I'm working on getting my wife to go for the couples massage. The facility is very clean, welcoming and relaxing, If what you want is a peaceful, wonderful massage at a reasonable price, I would give the Relaxation Co. a try (and if you hear cracking knuckles, tip exceptionally nicely).
Pros: Quiet, peaceful with great therapists
Cons: None
