I had and AMAZING experience . My facialist, Tatiana , is amazing. I highly recommend her. She's helped my skin so much and she's very sweet! I can feel that she wants my acne-prone skin to look better. She actually cares! And she's very kind! The prices are reasonable and in my experience, there was no pressure to purchase any of their products. Actually I can feel the difference in my face before and after, definitely!! It was a big change, my face appears with an uniform tone and no imperfections (I took the European facial + microdermabrasion) and soft, soft and soft. The goods points: quality, clearness, affordable prices and experimented esthetician Tatiana . What else can I ask for?? I am becoming in a huge fan more

Hidden Gem 10/24/2008

I had driven by this spa many times before deciding to try it. Very pleased with the Oxygen Infused dermabrasion facial, my skin looked great afterward.\r \r Tracy did my facial and was amazing. She promised me my face would not be red after and it wasn't! She was very low key and friendly - making some suggestions on products but nothing hard sell.\r \r After going to many hyper (product pushers) and over-hyped higher profile spas in LA, I'll return to Relax. more

Watch out for Hidden Charges!!! Sneaky and I did not appreciate that. Was mislead!! 10/1/2008

Tracy is great! 9/15/2008

I went there a month ago for a facial and had the best treatment I have ever received! I am 56 and my skins looks fantastic...I am going back two days form now to take advantage of the Wed. night facial special and cannot wait. I definitely recommend this Spa! Tracy, the owner, is caring and does not make you feel uncomfortable, she puts you right at ease. Try it! more

I had the most wonderful deep tissue massage here for much less than Burke Williams. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. I am going back next week for sure and probably will sign up for a series at a discounted rate. more

Every time I come here they are absolutely wonderful! Never rude, snotty, nor do they mess up my appointments. As long as I live in this area I will come here. The place smells lovely and calming. Ashley is awesome! She calls to see how I am once in awhile and to give me their specials. This is true customer service!!!!\r Thank You soooo very much all of you! more

Small yet Delightful. 6/7/2007

It was my first massage and boy was it amazing. I am so glad I found the Relax Spa & Beauty Lounge. The atmosphere was simple yet relaxing with clean lines, waterfalls and candles. The staff was all friendly and welcoming. It was absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to go back. Pros: Ambience, Staff and Prices Cons: Parking is a little tricky. more

Traci is the best at facials... It is relaxing and soothing treatments definitely feel refreshed after her facials. Pros: small and friendly, cozy environment, personal Cons: high price for your face, but worth every penny...park in the back more

Great Customer Service 8/14/2006

I left a bad rating last week and have come back to edit my comments because I have had another experience with Relax spa and I think that they deserve an excellent rating. After I left a review, Traci, the owner called me and explained to me why my face was peeling. She said that this was a good thing because the dead skin was peeling off and new skin was emerging. She said she wanted me to be happy with my experience, so she offered me a complementary facial. I just had it done and am very satisfied with my experience. The first time I went, their was just a communication problem, I didn't know that the peeling was normal because that was my first facial. I can't believe that Traci would go through all that trouble of trying to find me, and to call, just to make sure her customers are happy. I'm definately happy with my experience and would highly recommend their facials. Pros: Nice setting, peaceful, quiet Cons: Bad facials more

The place to go to get rid of embarassing acne and facial scarring 8/10/2006

When I first came to Relax Spa, my face was so broken out. I was embarassed to go anywhere without caking on the makeup, which would make my face even worse. I started seeing Traci once a month for facials, and my skin immediately cleared up. This place also offers great massages and face peels. The people are so nice and make you feel very comfortable about yourself. My self esteem has improved so much, and I no longer need to put a pound of makeup on my face to hide blemishes. I highly reccomend this place! more

MOST AWESOME FACIAL AND MASSAGE EVER 7/6/2006

I called this place out of the blue and spoke to Traci. I needed stress relief and I needed it NOW. She was super accomodating and I was on the table within an hours for 3 hours of unbelievable stress relief. Incredible facial by Traci and then the most amazing massage by Kimberly I've ever had. I am in heavan and highly encourage any of you out there to give this place a shot! I will be a loyal monthly customer from now on! Pros: everything more

I have had 2 facials with Traci and my skin is beautiful! I have always paid over $100 for facials but thiers start at $55 and is for a full hour! I can't wait to go back for a massage! Pros: Friendly staff, good prices, nice atmosphere more
