They were awarded the best return policy in the East Bay Express' 2006 Best of the Bay issue. Apparently, if you get, say, a backpack there, and three years later it breaks, and you don't have the receipt, no problem - just bring it back and they'll give you a new one. So cool. They have member discounts too and a huge selection of everything. I'm no athlete or camper, but their clothing and camp food areas never fail to grab me.
