I toured this facility in the summer of 2009 and came back in late 2010 to finalize our decision. Unfortunately my company did not choose to bring the satelite office to the Richmond area, but if they had this was my first and only choice.\r \r I looked around at several different locations and as they were nice, and upscale- they did not give the same feeling as Office Suites did. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and wanted to learn about my company and how they could help me meet people in the area. \r \r I reccommend this location to anyone looking for office space or a great place to meet a client in the Innsbrook area.\r \r more

Visitors are welcomed by a beautiful atrium-style reception area with polished stone floors, marble features, and original artwork. The office space is strategically situated in one of the area's most prestigious and affluent office park areas. The city's economy is mainly driven by law, finance and government. Industries such as biotechnology, healthcare and tourism also thrive, with several Fortune 500 companies either headquartered here or with a significant presence. Despite its peaceful location, the Glen Allen office space is conveniently close to I-295, with easy access to I-64, I-288 and I-95. Around 30 per cent of the working age population has a bachelor's degree or higher. Richmond has an efficient public transport network, and Richmond International Airport is 30 minutes away.
