My first visits at the doctor office the doctors was great! Recently the old doctors have left the facility and now there is (I know one new doctor there) Dr Fredrick Stevens. This man was hateful to me, I asked a question and got a smart ass answer back with looks like I was stupid. He was smart about everything he said and just made me feel very uncomfortable and worthless! He treated me like a worthless piece of crape! The front staff is wonderful! They are all very nice, sweet and respectful. The nurses ( which I only saw his) seemed nice but everything you say to her she goes and tells the doctor as if they are ""talking about you"" and then relays it in a bad way so it gets threw back in your face but not in the way you meant it! This place used to be great but now with this type of person working in the facility it has to be the worse professional doctor office I have EVER been to! I have never been made to feel the way that this man ( I won't even call him a doctor, as he did NOT act like one) made me feel! I will not be going back and surely will spread the word about them! About how terrible this place is now with this new doctor!
Dr Murphy in Madison is cheaper ( in the long run ) and much more respectful and professional.
