Scott the salesman was very courteous and helpful and your financing officer was also extremely courteous and helpful. We look forward to enjoying our new Sonata and eventually servicing at Regional Hyundai.. I think that it would be nice if every model offered the Home-Link which allows you to open your garage off the rear view mirror. I don't understand how the factory can put a model out without this feature..Other than that we are very pleased with this vehicle..Thanks more

It was a non-irritating experience from start to finish. The only aspect of the dealership neither my wife nor I cared for was the salesmen gathered near the front door, smoking. Can't they do that somewhere else?\r \r Also the Sonata will NOT connect to my iPod. That's irritating, although not sufficiently enough that I've taken the time to have your service people look at it. I will though... more

I was stranded away from home, call Regional, was given advise how to override the problem. And was told to bring it right in. I did and it was fixed in a timely manner. They also fixed and item I forgot to tell them about. All around good visit. more

After tough negotiations regarding the value of my trade in and the final sales price of the car we were purchasing, Regional Hyundai exceeded our expectations by finding $1500 in rebates from Hyundai which made the final sales price even better than what we asked for! more

Sales representative welcomed us on the lot. Very courteous and very helpful.\r No high pressure, we located vehicles we were interested in. All our questions were answered. We had never expected to purchase a Hyundai but the experience we had at Regional Hyundai changed our plans. This was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. After communicating with Andrew Gibbs via e-mail I drove all the way to Regional Hyundai from Oklahoma City. Mr. Gibbs met us there as agreed. He provided great customer service with out the pressure and hassle that I experienced everywhere else. He was very professional. He was not demanding and did not make a big game out of the purchase. He was willing to advocate for me with his boss to get me the best price possible for my trade in and subsequent auto purchase. Based on my experience I will purchase my next car from Regional Hyundai. All purchases should be so pleasant! more
