My sales person was Forrest Bricker. He asked me what it would take to convince me to buy my Genesis from Regional Hyundai. I gave him the amount I could spend. He worked it out with his manager and we made a deal. It was quick and easy. The thing I don't enjoy about buying a new car is the expected haggling back and forth over price and the fact that the process can take days or weeks before agreeing on price. The experience I had with Regional Hyundai was not like that. The day I first went in I walked out with a price I was pleased with - I drove the car home, then went back the following day to complet the purchase. It was that simple, and they beat their competitor's price by far.\r
Also, their credit manager, Vincent, was easy to work with. They both were professional, courteous and very helpful. They made sure I left there completely satisfied with their service. I would definitely shop here in the future. The entire experience was the best I had ever had in purchasing a car.
