While he was doing the inspection he seemed competent and I thought he did a good job. But honestly, after living in the house for a month we started noticing things that he missed that he absolutely should have noticed. The gutters were totally tearing away from the house which has resulted in a leaky basement. He should have seen this. Even I could tell after getting up there.
I would not reccomend them.
