If I was able to give this place no stars, I would! I lived here for a little less than a year and just recently moved out. This shit hole is disgusting. The management is just as bad. Where do I even begin?\r

The water is constantly getting shut off sometimes for hours at a time. My husband would go to the gym, come home and have to wait an hour or two before he can take a shower. \r

Dont cook with the water either, its filthy!\r

The ""basketball court"" is disgusting. I wouldn't even let my dog on that basketball court. Theres glass everywhere which is a danger to all. There are no hoops, just a backboard.\r

There is no landscaping what so ever around the apartment. The ""grass"" around the apartment is dead. If you see decent pictures of this apartment complex, trust me, they are old. Probably from the 90's.\r

Our apartment was disgusting when we moved in but we had no other choice but to move in due to the fact that we moved from out of town for my husbands job and it was such a last minute move. We were told that we were going to be moving into one apartment but when we showed up the apartment was not ready so they moved us into a different one. Which i doubt was any better. \r

There are a bunch of hoodlums outside, drinking at night, with their music on blast. You can find beer cans all around the complex. \r

The parking lot is so cramped, dont be surprised if your car gets hit on a random night. \r

If you need anything fixed.... just wait, and wait, and wait... It may take a month or two or better yet, report them to the Better business bureau to get a response from the management office. \r

If you are living in a one bedroom apartment, there is only one window throughout the whole apartment (and the patio door) which makes you feel like you are living in a cave. It is dark and makes you feel depressed.\r

There are stray cats everywhere and rats at the apartment too! I would walk my dog around the apartment and see rats running around the complex, at any time of the day! Pretty disgusting. After seeing that rats, we put in our 60 day notice and moved far away from that place!! over 8 hours away at that!!!!\r

Also the mexican lady that works in the office is dating the maintenance man! which is so unprofessional because he is always in the office 90% of the time chilling in her office, sitting at her desk, when he should be fixing all the discrepancies with the apartment. there are times when I know I have over 5 jobs put in for our apartment and would walk into the office and catch the maintenance man and the mexican lady laughing and sharing pictures on their phones when he should be out and about fixing things.
