Regency Club

I've been a resident @ the Regency Club for 2 years now...& that was enough for me!!! The maintance & office staff are not only unprofessional but do not show any care for ANY problem, question or concern you may have. Aubrey, the manger is the worst one of them all. Very careless & fake! She might sit there & listen to something you have to say...but will do absoultely NOTHING about it when the time comes! Beware of her!!!! Loretta, she is alright..but grouchy...always giving attitude over something! Katie is very nice & polite...little unexpierenced in some areas, but she is the only one I will acknowledge for any reason. On to the maintance....I've been in my apartment home while they came in to do inspections & what not..& they did a fast & lazy job. Just basically glanced @ certain appliances & that was about it-which was fine with me...I just wanted them the hell outta my home..but they did not do their job what so ever. My lease is ending in January & I could not be happier!!!! more

I do not recommend the regency club to anyone. The Management is very unprofessional and unfair, I believe a resident said they were hired from a temp agency for cheaper pay. They do not know how to run a good business as i found out. They will promise to fix and remodel things but never do it, All my floors were cracked and warped. You will not get your $300 deposit back and have to pay couple hundred more because they need new carpet that should have been installed when i moved in but they were trying to save a buck. I am only sorry that i kept my place emmaculate and treated it like mine. I wish i would have partied hard like many other residents and not cared what condition it was left in. You learn that nobody can be trusted even when they seem to care about you. They are a very poorly run rental community. I can promise that I will never refer any one there. I work with the public and I am telling everyone my story and telling them to pass it on. The Regency Club is not a good more

Interested in finding out more about these apartments, but unable to read this review! I'm currently seeking a decent apartment to rent and it appears that apartment hunting has become harder & harder these days. I would like to be careful of who is around me and want to know if the maintenance men will perform the proper upkeep for these apartments\r \r Hopefully someone from this place will see my review . more

Regency Club is a great place to live. The staff is very receptive to your needs. The apartments are huge for the price and there is a good exercise room and a huge beautiful pool. They are always improving and are quick to fix any problems. more
