Reed Portrait Group

How Kind Reed Portrait Studios was to our family. Our only child, our 8 year old daughter died unexpectedly and her school and Reed Portrait Group donated many pictures of many sizes to us within a week of her passing. We had ordered school pictures from them the week before our daughter passed. As we were preparing thank you cards after her funeral we decided to place pictures of our daughter in the cards and called to order a few more pictures. They would not accept payment for this order and gave us the pictures. They really helped us in our time of sorrow. We have had pictures taken there before in years pass. This is a company with HEART and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Reed Portrait Group and to your kind staff. more

I loved having my high school senior portraits taken. They also had a student photographer there and she was learning how to take photos and they were very polite to me as they showed her what to see in the photos. So, all-in-all, even though they were pre-occupied, they were the nicest photographers I have ever met. more

I'm probably like most average customers of any business. I've got 3 kids, I work outside the home, I work inside the home (!), and I have to watch what I spend in time and money. I wanted to get pictures of all my kids from their school pictures but couldn't order when they were taken. No problem they said. Order any time. I didn't have to call and be put on hold in some other state. I didn't have to tell them my life story. I was treated with respect and courtesy with personal attention. It 's nice to know a local company who really cares about their customers. Made me smile the rest of the day. Wish all businesses could remember that it's their customers who keep them in business. more

Reed Portrait has been our school photographer and yearbook publisher since we opened in 1999. They always please our parents and students with excellent customer service and wonderful portrait packages. Our yearbook is full-color and beautiful. Reed provides many extras for our students and staff. Their photographers and staff have always been very professional and flexible. We have never had a parent compaint. We could not be happier with their service. more

I wanted to take a moment to thank Reed for retaking my son's school yearbook pic this year. He woke up on picture day not feeling great and did not look his usual best. Although it was not the photographer's fault, they retook his pic on retake day at no additional charge to me. Most importantly, I had lovely pics to send out in my Christmas cards. They really went the extra mile to make my shy daughter feel comfortable. The photographer took his time and was very positive. She and I had a great session. No pressure and lots of fun. I recommend this studio to everyone. more

I was promised many prints at no cost, but never recieved them. The photographer was unprofessional and made inappropriate comments about my daughter's chest. He shouldn't be in business. more
