These apartments are dumps - the building looks like a CHEAP motel. The manager is the worst - has 2 dogs that bark constantly. Manager is nosey and gossips about all the residents - enters apartments without permission. DO NOT rent here! Apartments are WAY over-priced! Pros: Close to BART and shopping in Lafayette Cons: MANAGER; run down and old apts. more
