This year I took a Nissan there for alignment and balancing and got back a car that shook violently. Didn't shake before I took it in. They said it was probably a bent rim, and as long as it was on the back it didn't matter. Around the same time I took a minivan in for a tuneup, and two days later the head cracked. They said it was just a head gasket, but when I crawled underneath the head was visibly cracked. They said it was because I was low on radiator fluid, and they didn't check fluid levels during a tuneup (even though they told me they did before I took it in).\r
